Dollars for Education
The deadline for submitting applications for 2012 scholarships is 4:00 p.m. on April 5, 2012. Application and more information are available at the link on the left.
Dollars for Education is a tuition scholarship fund to assist graduating seniors from public schools in Hammond with some of the tuition costs associated with the first year of post-secondary education in Indiana. To date, HEF has funded 196 scholarships totaling $187,500.

The scholarships for 2011 are listed below. Two Hammond students were presented $1500 scholarships, five were given $1000 scholarships, and four students received $500 scholarships.
