2011 Acorn Grants
The Acorn Grants, awarded in December of 2011, will be carried out during the remainder of the 2011-12 school year. The thirteen grants total $10, 549.34. For a summary of each project, click here:

"Come and Read with Me"
One of this year's Seedling Grants is being carried out at Kenwood Elementary. The Literacy Coach and primary teachers are conducting a series of three workshops for parents to teach them strategies in helping their child with reading. Storytellers and guest readers enhance the workshops.
