Alumni & Friends

A new group of HEF supporters is forming called Alumni and Friends of Hammond Schools.  Several meetings have taken place to get organized, and the first function, a "Meet and Greet" was held on November 1, 2011 at the School City of Hammond Administration Center.  The HEF Board of Directors hopes that this group will serve to promote social activities among Hammond alumni as well as generate funds for HEF.  The Hammond High Class of 1971 has already made a generous donation of $2,000 toward classroom grants at Hammond High as a result of this new endeavor, and the Hammond High Class of 1959 donated $1,707.
